The first bike to mount it, with excellent performance results, is the Yamaha T\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 700. <\/strong><strong>During the year, ad hoc set-ups will follow for other popular enduro bikes. <\/strong><strong>DAKAR is type-approved according to current regulations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The name is a clear tribute to the world of rallies and a specific address in terms of use.<\/p>\n<p>The DAKAR project is the result of the experience of \u00a0MIVV R&amp;D department in the field of rally racing.<\/p>\n<p>The study led to the development of an exhaust in an essential and sturdy Slip-On configuration, capable of matching the style &#8211; and engine &#8211; of more demanding off-road bikes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DAKAR<\/strong> is made of 304 natural stainless steel and has a special \u201cpearled\u201d or \u201cblack\u201d ceramic-based finish, which adds to the aesthetics the ability to make the body more resistant to impacts than a more traditional exhaust.<\/p>\n<p>The new muffler also focuses heavily on lightness: if compared to OEM exhausts, the weight saving is really significant, helping to improve the driving feeling.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> Yamaha T\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 2019\/2022<\/strong> is the first model on which MIVV has successfully applied the DAKAR silencer (Euro 4 or Euro 5 approved) in terms of style and performance.<\/p>\n<p>Available in Black and Steel finishes, it increases maximum power by 2.2 HP and torque by 1.4 Nm (values \u200b\u200bmeasured at the wheel). The weight of just 2.10 kgs (compared to 4.80 kgs of the standard silencer) adds further value to the aftermarket proposal of MIVV.<\/p>\n<p>The bench test results, available on the MIVV website, show a clear &#8220;overtaking&#8221; along the entire range of engine delivery<\/p>\n<p><strong>Retail prices<\/strong>: \u20ac 561.00 for BLACK, \u20ac 524.00 for STEEL<\/p>\n<p>The version for Honda AfricaTwin 2021 will be released on the market immediately and the same exhaust is already expected in 2022 for other motorbikes of the same kind such as Ducati DesertX and Aprilia Tuareg 660 &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mivv.com\/en\/moto\/yamaha\/tenere-700\/2019-tenere-700\/\"><strong>Click here<\/strong><\/a> for more info<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In March 2022, the well-known exhaust manufacturer launches on the market a new model for the off-road world.
