At Mivv S.p.A., correct corporate conduct and respect for ethical principles are fundamental values. Consistent with this commitment and in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 (implementation of European Directive 2019/1937), we have implemented an internal system for managing reports of wrongdoing, known as Whistleblowing.

What is Whistleblowing?

Whistleblowing is the tool that allows anyone working at Mivv S.p.A. to spontaneously disclose violations, risks, or dangerous situations that could harm the company, colleagues, customers, or the public interest.

• Maximum Confidentiality: The identity of the reporter and the details of the report are protected at every stage of the process.
• Transparency in Management: Each report is followed by a receipt notification, a thorough investigation and a final response.
• Timely Responses: We are committed to providing a response regarding the outcome of your report within 3 months of notification of receipt.
